A 10 cm delivery of snow is en route to Calgary this weekend, with temperatures dipping below the freezing point.
Time to get out warmer clothes and brace ourselves for the cold — heavy snow and negative temperatures are in the forecast for this week in Calgary.
We’ve already been hit with some light snowfall earlier this week, but more is arriving in heaps (up to around 10 cm in the city) and temperatures will be dropping further, to a low of -10° during the night.
With the arrival of snow and cold weather in Calgary, I guess it’s time to say goodbye for now to our unusually long, warm fall and welcome in the chilly winter.
