This Valentine’s Day, Candlelight concerts in Calgary captures that enchanting feeling with talented musicians, the warm glow of countless candles, and stunning performances of timeless love songs.

Candlelight: Classical Romance
Valentine’s Day gets a pretty bad rap, especially in terms of predictable celebrations and gifts. But thanks to Candlelight, this year you don’t have to rely on the usual expensive dinners or overpriced chocolates. Inside The Lantern Community Church, thousands of candles will be flickering to the sounds of iconic compositions performed on strings. Works by Tchaikovsky, Puccini, Debussy and more composers will sound this February, and love birds won’t want to miss out.
We know it can be tough to find a unique and exciting plan to enjoy on February 14, but Cupid has answered all your Valentine prayers with this utterly romantic Candlelight concert. Thousands of candles will flicker away and romantic melodies performed by gifted musicians will circle and twirl around you and your other half, making for an experience magical enough to impress Saint Valentine himself.
There’ll be two shows on the night, with the first one starting at 6pm and the later one at 8pm. Each concert takes place over the course of 60 minutes and doors open 45 minutes prior to the concert start time.
